I would say the practice has gotten worse. I have done an online triage last week as they say "do not call them for an appointment", I never received a callback, then a week later I rang them and was told they have no record of the triage form, I should do an other one, and that is it. Receptions obviously doesn't care what the original call was for and whether it is now urgent having already waited a week.
In my previous interaction with them I needed a repeat prescription, which again they explicitly state can only be done online. After making the request online, I followed up and learned that actually that prescription requires an in person appointment. Can't understand why the online system wouldn't immediately flag it and say call and make an appointment, instead it just says wait at least 48 hours before making contact. If their online system is poor, which it is, then pushing patients to only ever interact with them through it is a really bad idea. Otherwise better than the other practises available.
