Staff are professional, there are six of us we all go to the store, my son broke glasses at least three times, no charges under warranty, take good care of my wife's glasses for maintenance today because her strong prescription with thick lens, over the time, screws lose, all fixed for her. I ordered both lens with only one eye prescription changes, later decided only upgrade one lens, no questions ask, no hustle. Our experience was great with Ryan and Iris.
