The guys at the counter do not know how to ring things up. The prices differ from the product price tags. I was waiting online for quite some time while one guy was on the phone. I was laughed at because I was at that point rushing and I said “now I am of course because I’ve been online for a long time”. Then once I paid one of the young guys did not even give me the bags I had to turn the wheel and find my bags only to find out he had used 2, but the other one was still facing him. So I paid for 2 extra items that I did not get. It’s fine, money isn’t the issue here it’s the service. They need to have better customer service and have the decency to hand the bags to the customers.
