My first time there. The receptionists were very friendly but the girl who did the routine tests before the optometrist was not friendly and when I tried to talk to her she ignored me and talked over me, several times. She was also dressed unprofessionally and she wasn’t conversational but just gave instructions like she didn’t want to be there and couldn’t wait to leave. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and polite. The person who was in the area where I chose my frames was patient, very friendly and very helpful. Overall it was nit my best experience because every time I interacted with the assistant she told me “sit there” or “go in there” and felt like she was annoyed by the patients. I honestly considered changing eye doctors because of how uncomfortable I was interacting with her. But the guy at the end was so nice it made me want to jgive them another opportunity.
