Overall great experience. At the beginning a little awkward. The manager Stephen noticied we were not being attended to. He immediately approached us and made contact. He was apologetic but overall was courteous, informative and attentative to our desires. He made some suggestions and shared his personal experience with his vehicle. His experiences made us feel a sense of comfort and trust which is important from sales point. Seeing the smile from ear to ear in my wife's face as we was test driving the vehicle out the parking alot was and always will be PRICELESS to me. I knew that was vehicle for her.
