-The water should have been changed out of the rowers.
-Work-outs are not long enough and there is no other options other than the one-hour sessions.
-The rubber bands looked dirty as hell, like they could use a bath in some sort of solution to remove the dirt.
-Air quality is okay but could be improved.
-A lot of the people who go there have animals at home. Not really allergy friendly place.
-Good cancellation policy. This is the top reason I gave it a try.
If you are having problems motivating yourself to exercise or like working out in groups this would be a good place to go/start.
For me, I just can't justify the price or going anymore. It has a sort of cliquey vibe to it where some of the staff and people working out meet outside of the gym. Obviously it being a click makes outsiders feel un-welcome.
If you are a lower income person you probably won't fit in here.
