Title: Unacceptable Treatment of Delivery Driver - Taco Bell

I'm a delivery driver and had a shocking experience at Taco Bell. I arrived to pick up an order, but despite waiting for 30 minutes, the manager claimed it wasn't ready. When I asked him to bring it to my car, as I'd already waited long enough, he became aggressive and made nonsensical comments.

The manager's behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, he threatened to call the police on me! I was stunned and humiliated.

As a driver, I expect basic respect and courtesy. Taco Bell failed to meet even that minimum standard. Until they improve their staff training and customer service, I'll be cautious when dealing with this location.

Here are some suggestions for improvement:

- Provide better training for staff on customer service and professionalism
- Emphasize the importance of treating delivery drivers with respect and appreciation
- Take disciplinary action against staff members who exhibit unprofessional behavior

I hope Taco Bell takes my feedback seriously and addresses this incident.
