Giles Marshall

I have only been using Urbane Cyclist for about a year, mostly for repair and maintenance. While I have found all the staff to be friendly and helpful (I can't count the number of times I've been ignored by staff in other bike shops in the city), I've found the mechanics to exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. All repairs etc. have been fixed correctly the first time (in my experience, this is often not the case). Further, they do an excellent job in explaining what needs to be done and how much it will cost. They also contact you before repairing any unforeseen issues which involve additional parts/costs. All around, really excellent service.
