I asked for a safety check on my bike after i rebuilt it upon moving to Toronto. They not only did a very thorough safety check but they also called and gave me a list of things that were wrong with the bike that needed to be fixed or taken care of. They gave me a list of things that they already did, as well as recommendations on what parts to replace. They also sent me a detailed report of everything they checked by email. I got very professional service for what I considered to be a reasonable price for safety. I couldn't afford to make every change that they recommended, so they told me things in order of highest priority to get fixed, so that I could ride safely.
