I stopped by the store a couple of weeks ago to get new walking shoes. Upon arrival, Richard greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained that I have been to this store before and needed new shoes. He brought out about two pairs of shoes, loved the looks and feel of both, and left a happy customer.
