As a resident of Chicago for many years, I am extremely pleased with the care and attention all the staff put in. I recently had a situation where I needed help. Pamela Goodman who manages the property was always available to assist me and updated me throughout. The concierges Brian and Abid were wonderful too. Pamela, Brian and Abid are extremely professional and helpful and make you feel like family. I am very greatful to have them at Chicago.
