Unfriendly! Unprofessional! horrible people and horrible customer service. Just went there with my partner cuz she wanted to buy some jewelries. The moment we got inside the store the old guy who was there giving us a bad vibe and stared at us like as if we went to that horrible store at that horrible area to waste time. We asked some questions and the way he answered as if he wanted get out of the store asap. My partner asked about the price of a bracelet and he was giving us absurd prices. He was telling us that the bracelet weigh 8g but there’s no way that bracelet is 8g and ironically she picked the cheapest bracelet in the whole store. We can clearly tell that he was trying to rip us off but we felt very insulted. The moment an Indian Aunty got into the store with her daughter. His whole body language changed as if he was a complete different person.

Didn’t wanted to go there in the first place but took our chances and went there anyway but that was a complete mistake. Never going there again and they should close the store and learn about customer service first. 30 years of his business is nothing but just a big talk.
