Dropped off my necklaces for a repair and did my regular inspection of all my jewelry including my wedding rings. The lady that helped me was very judgemental she asked how my chain on my necklace broke and told me that jewelry isn’t meant to be worn everyday she said it wears the gold down. She said that even about my wedding ring and I was like I wear my wedding ring all the time I do not take it off cause I’m scared to loss it and she said: well I can see that you should be taking it if for the night. Like why are they selling wedding rings if they aren’t meant to be worn everyday??
When I picked up my repair the guy that helped me was super friendly and not judging at all I wish I would have had the guy there when I dropped off my repair and did my regular inspection.
I think this store should really look at their employees and tell them to stop judging their customers.
If I pay thousands of dollars for a weeding ring I expect to be able to wear it all the time and not be judged when I bring it in for an inspection.
