Doctors and nurses are nice but the surgery it's self are rubbish. I started calling this morning at 7.58am. I finally got through at 8.16 and no appointments available. I explained my poor son is in a lot of discomfort with a rash he's raking at. They wasn't interested and gave us an appointment for Monday which is 5 days away. I seem to always be at katie road when we are ill as here you can never be seen. They need reporting.
