My experience at Skyway Dental was extremely disappointing. I did my fillings in here. They did not inform me in advance about additional charges, but later demanded an extra $635 from me, saying that they were already being nice to me by giving me a discount. The attitude of the front desk staff Cindy was extremely poor; she insisted that it was clearly communicated to me that I would have to pay this amount, even though I distinctly remember that she didn't mention any extra fees before working on my tooth. She simply gave me a low quote and asked for payment. When I tried to communicate, she continuously threatened to raise the price again, questioning whether I wanted to pay $635 or $900. I couldn't reason with her at all. She also told the other doctors to say the same thing when I asked them for confirmation. However the truth is, none of them mentioned any extra price before or after my treatment. To make matters worse, when I attempted to communicate by phone, Cindy hung up on me and refused to take my call again. When I went there in person, she just walked away from the front desk and didn't help with anything at all. This is the most unreasonable and deceptive dental experience I have ever encountered. I strongly advise everyone to avoid seeking treatment at Skyway Dental.
