We started using Performance Culture at the end of last year. It is a very useful, well defined and intuitive human resources performance program.
The set-up process requires a certain amount of welcomed self-reflection on the part of the company, useful ways to communicate the goals and expectations to the employees, as well as simple to use and easy to navigate assessment portions of the program. Self-assessment and manager evaluation portions are well defined and flexible to be modified or amended if needed.
Useful and friendly tool for any company, small or mid-size, to use in their human resources management. Definitely a recommendation on my part.
