I had the pleasure of trying their grilled chicken last night, and I was thoroughly impressed. The chicken was soft, tender, and full of flavor. Last week, I decided to give this restaurant a try, lured in by the promotion they’re currently running on most of the items on their menu. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant, and I left feeling quite disappointed.
To begin with, the restaurant’s cooling system was not working on the day of my visit. This made the atmosphere inside extremely uncomfortable, especially since it was a warm day. The lack of proper ventilation meant that the air was stuffy, and the overall dining environment felt oppressive. It’s difficult to enjoy a meal when you’re constantly sweating and trying to stay cool, and this definitely put a damper on my experience right from the start.
Moving on to the food, which was the main reason I had visited, I found it to be underwhelming, to say the least. Despite the promotion, which initially seemed like a great deal, the quality of the dishes did not live up to my expectations. The flavors were bland, and it was clear that the ingredients were not fresh. Some of the dishes were overcooked, while others were under-seasoned, leaving me with a meal that was far from satisfying. I had hoped that the promotion would be an opportunity to try out their best offerings, but instead, it felt like a cost-cutting exercise, where the focus was on quantity over quality.
