The only good thing about the apartment is it is more spacious than any other apartments with similar category and maybe maintenance staff that are friendly and making sure everything is neat and clean. Now let me start with the bad things.

Security, since it is open community, a lot of homeless people at night try to salvage stuff from the dumpsters. Someone tried to cut my lock on the storage provided by the parking area. Luckily i was using a thick lock. Security officer was rarely seen around making rounds.

Neighbor, maybe i just got unlucky surrounded by neighbor who constantly smoking weed. Most if the time my apartment and outside area smells like weed. Some neighbor are always so loud, management allowed people to put dog on their little backyard and keep you awake at night with their barkings.

Management, the staff are friendly and professional, but the coorporate greed is too much. In 15 months of renting there, i had 3 rent increases. One from their year increase, two other increases for opting month to month lease after your initial long lease. So it's true like other reviewers said.

Security deposit, like others said as well, sont even expect any return. They will charge you for everything. The silly one was the painting. Whoever did their painting needs to be fired. Who used oil based painting indoor and over the old painting? Everything not dry and sticky when we first moved in. So we it's very easy to scratch or damage it since it sticks to everything. Wheb you move out, they will charge you painting. Hope they learned their mistake and not charge future resident for their own mistake.

So many other small things, i just dont have time to mention (i.e. broken outgoing mailbox, parking, etc) Anyway, if you are okay with these, then the place is okay place to live
