Look at your reviews calling you rude. I am not the only one. Your customer service needs improving. Argues on the phone about pizza oven temp. If THIS is your "automated" setting on "all" your pizzas then you have a problem. Overcooking dries the pizza out, it's very basic. We don't want to eat bits of charcoal with our pizza!! The way they speak to you if you ever have a problem is terrible and SO rude. I wont bother with the refund or pizza replacement as after the way I was spoken to I don't trust you one bit. You don't want to lose money re-making but you will lose more money in long term as ppl will stop coming back to you. Did you go to business school? Edit: Calls me to tell me new pizza is ready - I tell them I will pick it up later and then hangs up on me. I am not eating anything you make after your total rudeness.
