One of the rudest and most unprofessional business owner I've ever dealt with, calling me a C*** after he sold the sofa I reserved over the weekend and I confronted him with the communication we had in writing. Avoid, spend your money supporting small businesses that treat the customers fairly and in a professional manner.
Later edit: Tom then proceeded to search of our business and left negative reviews, although he never dealt with our business. "Adrian is a very nasty person, he insulted my wife after she phoned up to complain about items not received. He is a very rude man who needs to pull his manner's from out of the gutter."
Our lawyers are dealing with him.
