Went in for tombstone for my childrens father who was murdered... very friendly.. recommended from friends and thought they would be a great fit. I was definitely wrong. I made the order in march.. was suppose to be able to see stone once done before installation but never got the call.. had to call them to find out what was going on..fathers day was coming up and still nothing from company.. called cemetery to find out no communication since i placed order in march.. finally got ahold of someone to say the stone would be installed before fathers day but without picture ordered but would try to get picture in for fathers day.. its now july 1st.. called to find out about picture and person on phone said it was installed last week as I was standing at stone and there was no picture.. said id get a call back well they looked into it.. called all week and now it being a holiday they are closed. Family from ottawa drove down and still no picture or final product of what we ordered in MARCH.. this was a sensitive stone.. something my kids pooled together to design and very upset with the non communication.. no call back after 3 voicemails left and told would get call back the day i called. Hopefully won't need to use their service in future because i definitely wouldnt use this company again. With a topic so great to some peoples hearts you would think a company be compassionate or caring especially given circumstances.. just for 3 kids to be very upset plus myself. Never again! Wasnt a cheap price tag either. So i expected better service especially with referrals to this company. But definitely disappointed. The stone itself is beautiful and to design as asked minus picture.. only good thing.. but service and missing picture with such a big time frame is just not good service!
