This whole process for my wife's parents was scam we got approved from the ircc for the visa within 13 days. We applied to send the passports in to the visa office because the family lives about 5 hours away so must travel by bus we sent in the money to get a label to mail in the passports cost 900 pesos for 2 including the return we had to wait 1 week just to receive the label sent it in on Friday March 23rd was received Monday March 25th for 2 weeks nothing was done with the passports they where received but put in a box in the corner to collect dust even not opened. Meanwhile people are walking in person to the mexico office with passports and getting them back in 3 days Meanwhile ares are still collecting dust the flight wad coming fast april12th since the passports where being neglected my parents gad to pay 2 people bus fair on April 5th to pick up the passports to be found still in box still in the original envelope which we sent in nothing was done for 2 weeks by Tuesday April 9th the passports where done ready to be picked up we list 450 pesos as the return portion of Mail in and this time 1 person return bus fare to pick up the passports this process needs to be looked into if someone doesn't live 5 hour bus ride away needs to fly that is expensive there is no reason why the passport that is sent in by mail shouldn't get processed once it arrives in the center not just tossed away and good luck getting help or answers dosen't exist the worst process ever needs to be fixed.
Not a bad plaza lots of little shops there is a metro a Starbucks a small shoppers drug mart a place to but cards and different items for graduation or mothers or fathers day a wimpys diner.
Jackie who was in the office meet us upon entering very nice. The price was by donation. The museum is small but the artifacts are pretty cool the see would recommend visiting.
