I started going to this branch to do my nails in June 2021. I was surprised at the punctuality and the great appointment timing. The first time I arrived to a ready and beautiful preparation for my manicure and pedicure and it was the last time as well. It was the only time i was impressed. After that the quality of the service, cleanliness and the staff behavior have decreased. I didn’t like how the lady did my hand nails today. I waited two hours and half for them to finish my nails although i just did normal manicure and pedicure. My mony was waisted for a bad service and treatment. Also, the staff there are rude and they have zero customer service behavior expect for two ladies. I appreciate Marve’s and Kubra’s respect and kindness. Marve is a great and kind person. I wish her all the best.

I used to suggest this place for my friends and family, now none of us are going there again.
I would advice you, the reader, don’t waist your money and time there.
