This location is just a mess. The restaurant was mostly empty when we showed up (just two of us) but we still had to wait several minutes to have the hostess notice us then several more to be seated. Our waitress had an excuse for EVERYTHING. Including claiming that "all the Stella glasses are broken" when we ordered one so it came in a tall glass, so of course it was more expensive than a regular beer. We both ordered the all you can eat wings which comes with two sauces but the waitress claimed they didn't do that at this location because there isn't enough staff to make them so only one sauce at a time (???). I know BWW isn't a fine dining experience but it would've been nice if our waitress had even attempted to have some customer service. It put a huge damper on our date and we will never return to this location, what a waste of our time and money.
