We waited in line for 20 minutes even though they weren't busy. We were taken back to be seated and they realized the table they were going to seat us at was dirty. Instead of seating us elsewhere, they asked us to wait while they had someone come to clean it. Our drinks took over 10 minutes because "all of the glasses 'were' dirty". Our large french fry order came with about fifteen fries. They forgot our dipping sauces and our waitress didn't come by to check on us, so it was another 10-15 minutes before we could ask for our sauces. We didn't get silverware and had to go to the bar to get some (again because waitress wasn't coming to our table to check). I can understand some of this happening if they were busy, but it was not busy at all. Our 2nd bad experience do we won't be going back.
