Working with Haddad events was a bit difficult. I am giving 2 stars because the set up was great but customer service was not up to par. I reached out mid February for a baby shower March 10 and took forever to receive a response or get anything in place until a few days before the baby shower. Also, I was given attitude and threatened about payment. They use quickbooks for their payment method and I was given the option to schedule the payment for a future date. The owner then caught an attitude with me over the phone saying “I have been doing this for 4 years and that is not an option.” I was a bit shocked at her response as I am a paying customer and her response could have been a bit nicer. I went ahead and made the payment and sent a screen shot of the 0 dollar balance. Later in the week after the baby shower I was sent a text message that the second half of the payment was not received and if not received by Friday then legal action will be taken against me. I understand that you would like to receive your payment, but threatening your paying customer is not acceptable. Then they proceeded to call someone else who had nothing to do with the payment and stated the charge was disputed. Now a lie was told and I went to do some investigation as to what happened with second part of the payment. The issue was resolved on my end, but my advice would be to be kinder to your customers as we are paying a lot of money for your services especially if you’re communication is not up to par. Learn to be a bit more flexible with your customers and more considerate.
