An officer is a raciest. Reported to customer service but no reply after 2 months. My recent experience was terrible. I arrived on time for my appointment and started my application. However, when another customer came in, they made me move and served them first. I have to wait 30 minutes to resume my application. The person serving me was very rude. And she said she was worried about serving me because she was afraid I don’t know how to speak English (I’m an Asian). It seemed like she treated other customers better, either because they were opening bigger account or she is a raciest. Her name is Georgina Ramirez.
