I took myself and my daughter there. We were treated nicely, and they were nice to my kiddo. She doesn't like needles. It was a pleasant experience for both of us. However, I noticed on both visits that the lady at the front desk was very rude. One man has a question, and she gave a smart remark as if he knows how to work the machine. She definitely needs training
