Really disappointed with their services.
Had a prescription from Last Thursday which got delivered on Wednesday because the Pharmacy was closed! Not good enough.
Ringing the Pharmacy is also a nightmare too. If you are closed, then at least be kind enough to record an actual answerphone message informing the customer.
No contact with customers or updates.
We had to contact the Surgery again and get another prescription issued through another Pharmacy.
Unless theres a good reason, the Pharmacy been closed and they seem to open and close when they like without regard for the customer...Especially considering the Pharmacy is under New Management.
I hope things change for the better.
