Upon arriving at the counter, I attempted to communicate with the team, but I was informed that I needed to wait for my turn after settling the charges. Despite following this procedure, I waited for 50 minutes without being called.

I kindly request that management review the help desk process to ensure better efficiency and a more respectful interaction with patients.
