the founder is absolutely amazing, funny and entertaining. I really liked her bubbly stories.

they were nice spots and I can only trust her, that she showed me the important stuff. (I didn't check)
Restaurants
they were nice and it appeared good quality. But as the culture in Glasgow is so diverse, do not only expect Scottish dishes to be served. A criteria, which for me was a -1 point in this experience. Also I feel like the price was a little to high for what I've got.

The reasons I visit a tour is to learn more about the nations history. Also the way the tour guid perceives his life within this country. Although she did tell some information about the sightseeing points we checked out, I would have loved to hear more about
- her life in Scotland/Glasgow (what is the teaching style in schools, is sunday also a family day, what age do girls usually marry -> just general life topics)
- Scottish History (just the basics)

Location: very open and lots of space. Also some couches to wait, as there will always be a line of people waiting.

Products: cheap in price, but also quality. The stuff I buy there usually only lasts for a short period of use.
Staff: not friendly, but also not rude. You can tell, they don't enjoy working there, but as they have to to survive, they will answer your questions and requirements in a most neutral way.
