Small uncomfortable waiting area for parents with no food or drink allowed. You are not allowed to see your child practice (important for first time dancers to help parent determine child engagement and if they like it). Weekend desk staff extremely rude. Difficult to make payments due to most staff cannot take payments and you are asked to pay later then you have to pay a late fee but it's because the staff couldn't take the payments.
