I place an order online at 18:43, I started calling to find out about my order at 19:37 when live tracking stopped. I was hung up on by the store staff, the call center staff tells me I need to wait until 1:15 mins has passed then I will get feedback. I CALLED AGAIN and the Manager Sne of Verulam tells me i placed a order at the wrong store and that she will contact Phoenix Plaza and get back to me... At 21:03 I still have had no feedback as to where is my Cram decker which i paid R285 for and all the phones go to answering machine/voice-mail. THIS IS PURELY DISGUSTING. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT DEBONAIRS AGAIN.
