Amazing location, friendly staff, clean and modern building. Has the Trader Joe’s on the first floor!
Has a soccer field, basketball courts, tennis courts, kids playground, dog park, etc. The park isn’t always super clean but it’s great to have a sizable one nearby. The dog park is oftentimes occupied w/ larger dogs so if you have a shy, smaller sized dog, I’d stay out of it. Some benches/seating area available.
Small park with quite a few benches available for seating. You’ll oftentimes find workers eating lunch / taking a break here, or dog walkers letting their pets take care of business—I therefore wouldn’t recommend wearing your finest pair of sneakers when visiting this park :)
Brian Clarke is the man if you’re looking for an investment advisor. The investment he had recommended didn’t yield the best returns but that was on account of the pandemic. Very knowledgeable and personable guy, who is quite responsive to calls and questions.
Quite competitive pricing for this area ($300 per month). But you have to reserve a spot online every month and go to the lot in-person to pay for it—I’m sure there are ways to be more efficient w/ everyone’s time such as paying online? Also, it offers semi-covered (vs. fully covered) parking, thus your car gets quite dusty in no time. The bumps by the entrance and exit of the garage a annoying but can live w/ them.
