Absolutely useless council. We pay more and more council tax each year only to see the services reduce more and more each year.
If Wolverhampton Council were a private company, they'd have been sacked decades ago.
I deeply resent paying full council tax in return for such substandard services. We really need some sort of urgent reform where councils are concerned.
