As a healthcare professional, I have worked in various healthcare settings and interacted and coached hundreds of providers so my expectations are rather high. That said, I was absolutely impressed with the care and service I received today by David Roque. I had an issue with a prescription and he went above and beyond to put my needs first to help me. When I called the clinic, he immediately helped me with my prescription and told me I could pick up the prescription in a matter of minutes. That same day, when I had issues with the pharmacy, he drove to the pharmacy to help me resolve the issue. This, my friends, is extraordinary service.
