Great Training location for Spartan training- Griff and the team are friendly, knowledgable and have a good laugh! Its the tiny tips that make all the difference when racing competetively and I have gained some gems from these guys. Sounds like 2024 is going to bring some new obstacles and a bit of an overhaul too!
