Disappointing customer service experience. As a traveler from Canada, I was shocked by the lack of empathy and effective communication skills from your staff. My experience was well below expectations and left a bad impression of your company. Unfortunately, I wish I could give a negative rating. Invest in training to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, especially for international visitors.
