Dulles Eye Associates rescheduled my Friday appointment with < 4 hour lead time which resulted in a missed day of work and lost income. Then when I spoke with the manager directly she informed me she would reschedule me for Monday to squeeze me in. After calling into the office to confirm my appointment since i did not receive a confirmation, I was informed that I no longer had any appointment scheduled whatsoever.

Seems to be a decent doctor from reviews, but their administration is so poor that getting an appointment honored by their business is nearly impossible. Don't waste your time - they'll waste yours with seemingly not a care in the world.
