The elevators don't work half the time; even when they're all functional it's barely sufficient with 35 floors. Things routinely break down--e.g. no hot water during one of the coldest days of the year two days ago. Management seems disinterested in tenants' issues and routinely nonresponsive. Don't rent here if you have a choice.
