Had a fantastic experience with Brad at Megabyte Computers. The family PC decided the optimum time to destroy it's ~10yr old hard drive was whilst my partner was doing some critical work, which was yet to be backed-up. Brad was a pleasure to deal with, polite and courteous, and had the machine back up and running, with a modern SSD and, most importantly, all data restored (which won't be possible for everyone) in double quick time. The final bill was a surprise - a great surprise! Absolutely fantastic value. Very highly recommended and will be our first port of call for anything PC-related going forwards. Sometimes brick and mortar is just better and it was a real blessing to us the likes of Brad still exits.
