Placed a mobile order without any issues.
Went through the drive thru to pick up order and no one answered when I spoke into the speaker. I waited several minutes and said "Hello" several times....no one responded.
Went into the BK and asked for my order..... nothing was ready. I was the only one there...no other customers so my food should have been ready, instead I had to wait for them to prepare it.
What's the point of a mobile.order if nothing is ready!
