Simply Pilates has taken my practice to the next level. I’ve been working with Doug at Simply Pilates for the last three years. Classically trained and focused on quality individual feedback, Doug has not only improved my practice inside the studio, but also taught me how to take my Pilates with me on everyday activities. Highly recommend.
