The transparency to do business is great and the customer service for sure was awesome. Recently they had a 20% off sale and I picked up an expensive pair of shoes. However the MRP for the the shoe on the website was not updated and lower by about Rs. 1000. This kind of upset me and I wrote to them and also spoke the store manger. Their Branch Manager responded to calls post working hour and got all resolutions possible and a no question asked refund.

Khalid was very helpful and knows how to build a customer relation stronger.

I will for sure be going back to buy with Regal and I appreciate the way they understand customer problems.

By the way the shoes I bought was unique, comfortable and superb in Quality.
