After accepting my order, they informed me that it would take much longer than expected and offered a refund. However, they took over 10 days to process it and kept lying about the refund being initiated. Despite my persistent communication via Instagram DM, they refused to provide a screenshot of the refund and never shared a contact number, making the process extremely inconvenient. Their communication was very laid-back and unprofessional once the payment was made. In the end, they wasted 15 days of my time. Overall, a horrible and disappointing experience!!
