I found Jarrod about 9-10 months ago post my second ever novice bodybuilding competition and feeling fairly deflated by my results. I had also incurred a lower back and hip injury that kept me from training and left me feeling frustrated and broken. Within 6-8 weeks of following his coaching, I had recovered to normal, pain free function and squatting with more depth and more strength than prior to my injury.
We are still in prep for my next competition but I already feel I have developed more lean muscle mass, my posture has improved and technique with lifting has seen significant growth.
I have immense respect and confidence in Jarrod and his coaching. I trust wholeheartedly that this has been the best decision I have made in my fitness journey and I encourage anyone who is looking for someone who knows what they’re talking about to invest in him. You won’t regret it!
