What an awesome gym! I was just visiting the Gold Coast and my friend recommended this place. It was fun and challenging with all the programming is explained so well with demonstrations. It’s a layback vibe with options if you can’t perform certain movements. I felt very welcome. Thanks for the experience I’ll be back
