Great service until you face issues. Tire pressure sensor died after a year after purchase of the vehicle. Refused to be changed under warranty - sensor warranty is void if changed tires elsewhere. Had a flat tire and fixed it somewhere? Warranty void. Have they inspected the sensor? No. It's hard for them to detach the tire and inspect the sensor. Just pay $170 for new one, fix flat tire/change tires and void the warranty again. Mazda will apologize, void the warranty, rip you off and will wish you a great day
Edit: replying to the dealer's comment: 1. I'm not Richard; 2. Dealer never detached the tire from the rim to see the physical damage. Just pointing finger into the sky that is has been physically damaged. Or maybe they used tarot cards. Who knows 🤷🏻♂️
