I visited Panda Chinese Restaurant 10 days ago and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered my meal, but when it arrived, I noticed a small cockroach on the plate. I immediately informed the staff and asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my refund.
This situation is unacceptable, and the restaurant seriously needs to improve their cleanliness and hygiene standards.
I hope that I can give them less than a star 😅
