We went on a Friday night- there was one waitress, one manager, and two bartenders on staff. We sat and waited 25 minutes before we even saw our server. She was new, and clearly had not been trained well, and the manager was not helping her, preferring to talk to the bartender. Drinks arrived another 20 minutes later, and most were made incorrectly. The second tray of drinks was spilled on the floor, and the glass wasn't cleared away for almost 30 minutes. I ordered a vodka soda and the bartender didn't put the vodka in it! I went to the bar to resolve the issue, and the so-called manager was trash talking our table, saying we should have called ahead due to the size of our group, and he was going to charge us extra. They supposedly "remodeled" the lounge while being closed during COVID, but nothing is different. Still slow and still sloppy. The only plus of the night was that the Maxi Childs Trio wasn't playing.
